Snuggles Project at the Stanislaus County Library

Snuggles Project at the Stanislaus County Library

Help make Snuggles, small security blankets for shelter animals, Feb. 1 through April 30. Blankets can be made by sewing, crocheting, knitting, or tying fabric and can be dropped off at any Stanislaus County Library branch.

To launch the Snuggles Project, the Waterford Library will hold a special Snuggles Project Day on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 12 to 3 p.m. where participants can make Snuggles at the library; however, participants are encouraged to bring their own sewing or knitting materials.

Please help the Stanislaus County Library bring warmth and security to animals at the Thomas W. Mayfield Regional Animal services Center through a Snuggles donation. For more information, including sizes and materials, contact your local Stanislaus County Library branch or visit www.stanislauslibrary.org.
