MODESTO, CA - Police investigate the suspicious disappearance of a Modesto woman who has been missing for nearly three weeks.

Eldoris Christine Graham, 28, was reported missing by her mother on Dec. 15 after not hearing from Graham for two days, Modesto police Lt. Rick Armendariz said.

Graham's mother told police that she last talked to her daughter on Dec. 13 when her daughter said she was going to the Bay Area with her live-in boyfriend, 39-year-old Anthony Coxum.

Armendariz said when Graham didn't show up for work, Graham's mother reported her missing to police.

Graham had been working at a fast food restaurant in Modesto for several months. When she didn't show up to work, her boss became worried and also called police.

"I'm very concerned about Eldoris. It's not like her to not come back into work," manager Julia Denslow said. "She's very reliable and now she's just gone."

MODESTO, CA - Stanislaus County sheriff's investigators are looking for a person of interest in the death of a man found shot in the front yard of a home Thursday night.

The victim had not been identified as of Friday morning. He was discovered in the yard in the area of Mono Drive and Mono Park at 9:35 p.m., according to a sheriff's news release.

After talking to witnesses and investigating, detectives want to speak to 20-year-old Kraig Palacio in connection with the shooting. Palacio was described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
