Mo Willems Week at the Modesto Library | Events

The Modesto Library Children’s Department will be celebrating the award winning children’s author Mo Willems from Monday, Feb. 4 through Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013. “Mo Week” will include special StoryTimes with two storytellers and activities featuring his most popular characters Gerald & Piggie, Knuffle Bunny, and (of course) Pigeon. Be sure to bring your camera because participants can also have their picture taken inside of a giant book! Participants can also play Find the Pigeon to win a prize! Special StoryTimes and craft programs will be offered:

• Thursday, Feb. 7 – 3 p.m. Mo Willems Week Craft
• Saturday, Feb. 9 – 10:15 a.m. Mo Willems StoryTime & Craft
